If you want to make some tasty cupcakes you have to have the right tools to do it. You have to have a bowl with something to mix the batter together,a cupcake recipie, frosting with ziplock bags with frosting tips in them, and a plan for decoreration, cupcake pans and liners, and a spoon for filling the pans. gotta have this stuff or your cupcakes wont look right.
